Made-to-order printer delays: Apparel & totes are taking longer than usual, approximately 1-2 weeks for production before they ship. Art prints are still shipping within a few days. The printer is doing everything in their power to work safely and efficiently during this time.

International shipping delays: USPS seems to still be experiencing some delays. Please keep this in mind. Thank you!

ADAMJK® Shop & Order Information

Answers to common questions are below, and remember you can always email shop@adamjk.com for help with your order.

Shipping times may be a little longer than usual, as USPS is experiencing domestic delivery delays in some areas. International shipping appears to be taking longer than expected as well, particularly at the stage where they leave the USA to international countries. This is entirely out of my control and hopefully will resolve itself in the near future. At this time I do not offer expedited international shipping, as the cost is simply too high to be practical.

All my items are now shipping from either my fulfillment service, or (for made to order items) direct from the printer. Both are larger companies than just me alone at home, and are implementing their own safety protocols at this time to handle shipping while protecting the safety of their employees. Made to order items (apparel, prints, and tote bags – always noted on the bottom of the page) are experiencing delays of up to 20 business days as the printer's facilities continue to work safely.

As always we are doing our best and you can email with any questions! :)

You can now add a custom note to your order! Look for the option at the bottom of the cart page (before starting checkout) and we'll do the rest. This free option makes use of space on the packing slip we already use, so it does not require any extra paper or waste.

This can only be included for items we ship ourselves, so made-to-order apparel, prints, tote bags, and mugs will not apply.

Your order will typically be sent out within 2-3 days, and then you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. International delivery times vary, and tracking may be limited in some countries. You are responsible for any customs/import fees or necessary reshipment in the case of abandoned mail. Read the full Shipping Policy here.

Apparel, hats, tote bags, prints, and a few other items are made to order by a third-party printer. This allows me to offer a wider range of sizes and color options without taking up too much space or guessing on what people might want. The quality is great, and I have been working with the same printer for nearly three years now with very few issues ever. Individual product pages will have sizing and garment information when available.

These items ship to you directly from the printer once they are produced, so it might take an extra few days for them to be made, depending on how many orders the printer has at the time. This also means the items will ship separately from other items in your order, and separately from each other (for example, a print and a t-shirt will ship separately because the print needs to go in a poster tube).

Made to order items may ship via alternate carriers depending on availability and the location of the production facility (such as items made within Europe to reduce the postage cost). You'll receive a tracking link with this information once packages are sent out.

Returns are not accepted. In the rare case of items damaged in transit or an incorrect order sent out, I am happy to work with you on a replacement!

In general I always want to offer good customer service, but due to the nature of what I offer, the cost of a return can cost as much as the initial order.

If you're not sure about something, you can always ask questions before you order!

Everything on this site is designed by me, but not all of it is published/produced by me personally. For example, my books are published by Penguin Random House, and then I buy copies from them to make available here.

I always want you to purchase from wherever is most economical for you! If you have a giftcard to another store or can save a few bucks, I think that's awesome. If you prefer to purchase directly from me, that's great too. Either way I appreciate that you like what I make.

My books may be available near you! Find a local bookseller here.

Many of my books are on Amazon too, and I earn an affiliate commission when purchases are made via this link.

I'd love to have my art and gifts in your shop! Please visit wholesale.buyolympia.com to create an account and take advantage of their low minimum orders and broad catalog of independent artists and brands.

Hi my name is Adam J. Kurtz and I'm a graphic designer who started doing little projects on the side of my day jobs. Over time, the postcards and zines grew into a books, stationery, a gift line called ADAMJK®, and a new career of making cute things that nobody asked for.

My art and products are not always good but it's always me! This is a very small business with 1 employee (it's me) but I do my best to make sure your experience is a good one. Every purchase helps me keep making art (and lets me take care of myself and the people I love).

Thanks so much for your interest and support. I couldn't do this without you. –Adam
