If your items are made to order (such as prints and select apparel) it will be produced at one of several facilities and then ship to you directly.
Because unfortunately it fucking sucks and keeps getting worse. Without ~enterprise solutions~ at Amazon-level scale, it's really impossible to keep up with increasing costs, import restrictions, and international duties. This all got so stressful that I shut down my website for 2 years and told myself I was done forever… but now I'm back… in a smaller and simpler way. Thanks for understanding. :)
