How and when will my order be shipped?
All orders are sent via US Postal Service First Class. Your order will be sent out within a week, and then you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link from me. Domestic First Class shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, and International is about 2 weeks, though it can vary greatly by country.
Do you ship worldwide?
YES! I ship internationally all the time! Unfortunately, USPS First Class postage rates increased again in January 2016 and that is completely out of my control.
Not every country participates in USPS's delivery tracking program. International tracking updates will end at the U.S. border unless you live in one of the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Gemany, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Hungary, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, or Switzerland. More information.
If you live in a country with non-roman language, it can be helpful to reply to your order confirmation email with a large-size image of your address typed out in that language that I can add to your package, as well as a phone number. This can help make sure your mail gets to you properly!
What is your return policy?
I generally can not accept returns. In the case of damaged items (which has happened, though very rarely) I am always happy to work with you on a replacement or refund.
A thing I love isn't for sale anymore! ADAM, WHAT DID YOU DO, WHERE IS IT?????
A lot of items are created in small batches or as one-off ideas and when they're gone, they're gone! If you really love something, don't wait! It's the worst feeling when something is sold out for good and I have to reply to your email and tell you that. I also suggest joining my email list for infrequent updates on restocks, new items, and other projects. Also it's a fun email usually.
Do you make all of this stuff yourself? What is your deal even?
Yes! I am a weird guy and I like to make cute, nice things and I'm obsessed with small gifts and taking jokes too far. The "ADAMJK Gift Shop" is a sort of ongoing experiment in creating items intended to be gifted, that say things that are sometimes hard to communicate. As the shop has evolved, I've also made more things just because I like them, but the underlying theme is there. As an artist (or whatever) I'd rather 100 people be able to afford something I make than 1 person look at it on a wall.
I'm from a media organization of some sort and am working on a feature, can you answer a few questions or send me hi-res art?
Of course! Please shoot an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
